These terms apply to text messages from Bright Seal Tax. Text messages are optional, and you do not need to agree to receive them to request a consultation or any service.

What we send

If you check the consent box on our request form, we may text you about your request: confirming we received it, scheduling or reminding you about a consultation or notary appointment, and answering questions about it. We do not send promotional messages.

How to opt in

By checking the box on our website form and submitting it, you agree to receive text messages from Bright Seal Tax at the mobile number you entered.

Frequency

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Please do not text sensitive data

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or tax documents by text. We will show you how to share them securely.
